Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days within the US. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. The free shipping threshold is automatically applied at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your order number and email to get real-time updates.
If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at sales@wbtravelpros.com or call 800-211-3161. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Simply contact us to initiate a return.
Email us at sales@wbtravelpros.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid label for defective items.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
Yes! If you'd like a different size, color, or product, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and opened hygiene products (such as travel pillows or comfort kits with broken seals) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Every product in our store is carefully curated and sourced from reputable suppliers. We only list items that meet our strict quality standards for durability, design, and functionality.
Most of our products include a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product and is listed on each product page. Contact us if you need warranty assistance.
Where applicable (such as luggage locks), products are TSA-approved. This information is clearly listed in each product's description.

Yes, most items are restocked regularly. Click the 'Notify Me' button on any sold-out product page and we'll email you as soon as it's back in stock.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and access your order history much faster.
