* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2pm EST may be processed the following business day.

Order Processing,All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Free Shipping Threshold,We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 before tax. This discount is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed. Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the contiguous United States.

Tracking Your Order,Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also visit our Track My Order page at any time and enter your order number and email address for live updates.

Shipping Carriers,We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The carrier is assigned at the time of fulfillment for the fastest possible delivery.

Delivery Address,Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Undeliverable Packages,If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. A re-shipment fee may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items,If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@wbtravelpros.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
