Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will send an order confirmation after purchase and tracking information when the shipment is ready.
Free shipping threshold
For eligible products and delivery addresses in the United States and Canada, standard shipping is $5.99 USD below $75 USD after discounts and before tax. Standard shipping is free at $75 USD or more after discounts and before tax, applied automatically at checkout. Delivery availability varies by product; some items are available for United States delivery only. Choose your shopping destination to view eligible items. The final rate is confirmed at checkout.
Tracking and carriers
Carrier selection depends on the item, supplier location, and destination. Tracking details are provided after fulfillment. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery addresses
Check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. An address change may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us to discuss available reshipping options and any applicable cost.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Contact store@wbtravelpros.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, if available. We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate resolution.
