Track your order

Here's how to check the status of your WB Travel Store order at any time.

1. Find your tracking number

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We email a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and carrier link when tracking information becomes available after shipment.

2. Track your package

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website. Carrier selection and delivery timing vary by item, supplier, destination, and carrier. Items may arrive in separate packages. Any delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Please order well ahead of a planned departure.

3. Tracking not updating?

Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after a label is created. If your tracking hasn't moved after 48 hours, or shows anything unexpected, email store@wbtravelpros.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
