1. Overview

WB Travel Associates offers a 30-day refund policy on most items. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Because we operate as a dropshipping retailer, returns are coordinated with our supplier partners. Please review the full details below before initiating a return.

3. Timeframes

  • Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days after we confirm your return
  • Credit card refunds: May take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
  • Defective/wrong item: Refund or replacement processed within 1–2 business days of your report — no return needed

4. Refund Process

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@wbtravelpros.com or 800-211-3161. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive return instructions. Our team will send you return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns where we are at fault). For standard returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  3. Ship the item in its original packaging using the label provided or your own tracked shipping method. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
  4. Receive your refund. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or color, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted
