How much does shipping cost?
For eligible products and delivery addresses in the United States and Canada, standard shipping is $5.99 USD below $75 USD after discounts and before tax. Standard shipping is free at $75 USD or more after discounts and before tax, applied automatically at checkout. Delivery availability and timing vary by product and destination.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday); orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email right away and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Email store@wbtravelpros.com or call 800-211-3161 to start a return. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days — your bank may take a few additional days to post it. Final Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also use our Track My Order page any time with your order number and email address.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery — sooner is always better — at store@wbtravelpros.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly; in most cases you won't need to return the damaged item.
