How much does shipping cost?

Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99 and takes 5–7 business days. Orders over $75 (before tax) ship free within the contiguous United States — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday); orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email right away and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Email store@wbtravelpros.com or call 800-211-3161 to start a return. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days — your bank may take a few additional days to post it. Final Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also use our Track My Order page any time with your order number and email address.

My order arrived damaged — what now?
